Happy birthday to Kim Jong Kook, or widely known as Trainer Kook, or Sparta Kook, or Commander Kook, or also One Man.

This macho man caught my attention when I first saw him in Running Man variety shows. His muscular physique is my dream, his powerful aura and will to win against all odds are my envies. But do not be fooled by his steel exterior, as his personality is as soft as cotton makes him easiest to befriend with regardless of age. As a singer, his songs as mostly high pitched, and lyrics are of love and romance. Im a big fan of this hyungnim, from Running Man, to his other famous variety show, Family Outing 1.

May this year bless him with more fantastic events, great health and never ending contribution to the entertainment industry.
